Freight Ridge Logistics' founder, Ed Parker, finished his career as a licensed-CDL driver with a reputable carrier, R.B Humphreys, where he completed efficient freight runs for non temperature and temperature-controlled shipments. He quickly recognized that he could do the same thing but as a freight broker. To capitalize on his recognition, he said a prayer, took his life savings and experience, and formed Freight Ridge Logistics LLC with the goal of providing fast, reliable, and cost-efficient capacity to shippers who have reefer, dry van, and flat bed transportation needs.
